BIOGRAPHY
Artimus Prime’s story begins in 1998 when his brother Billy Seal joined the masses in the underground scene of electronic dance music within the San Francisco Bay Area and brought back the captivating lifestyles of the DJ. After witnessing the magnificence of dance music, Artimus Prime went on a mission to practice the art of the DJ.
In ’05 he threw his first event called, “Dreaming in Digital”, with his good friend, Christopher Castle, which headlined Dyloot, Mars, Denise and all the way from Brooklyn, NY for his SF debut, Thomas Datt of Discover Records. In ’06 Artimus debuts at the infamous San Francisco Nightclub, 1015 Folsom, with long-time friend and old DJ partner, Dj Blurr, under the moniker “The Tranceformers” as they opened for the one and only M.I.K.E. Push. 2009 Artimus Joins Opulent Temple, Burning Man’s largest and longest-running music-themed camp at BM. In 2010 Artimus Prime joins the renowned production crew SKILLS DJ and continuing the glorious lifestyle of the DJ he opened up for Giuseppe Ottaviani in 2010 again with Dj Blurr.
Artimus Prime ventures into the studio and after earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Sound Engineering his first opportunity to produce came from his good friend Steve Helpstrip aka. “The Thrillseekers”. He contributed to the 2010 Rework of “Synaesthesia” with his brother Billy Seal; which was unveiled at the annual Skills event called, “ETD LOVE”, during Steve’s World Wide Debut of his “Thrillseekers Live Xtreme Show” in February 2010.
In 2014 Artimus Took the helm for a sunrise set for Opulent Temple’s Annual Sacred Dance Wednesday Night White Party at Burning Man after Infected Mushroom and Christpher Lawrence. Continuing his role in the scene, Artimus Prime is producing and has continued to share slots in the line-ups with top-notch headliners and local talent such as Above & Beyond, Paul Van Dyk, Gabriel & Dresden, Sunny Lax, Spencer Brown, Infected Mushroom, ilan Bluestone, Jorn Van Denhoven, Bryan Kearney, Photographer, Max Graham, Giuseppe Ottavian, Rodg, MARS & Mystre, Andrew Rayel, 4Strings, Andy Moor, Dyloot, Dj Taj, Dj Blurr, Billy Seal, Drew Drop & more at top-notch clubs like The Midway, 1015 Folsom, Ruby Skye, Halcyon, DNA Lounge, Monarch, F8 and many more!!!
2015 Keeley Tchaikovsky seeks out Artimus to support each other’s love for music and events. Before the 2020 CV19 epidemic in 2018, Keeley Tchaikovsky & Daniel Nave with Bad Wolf decided to form a partnership with their companies to combine talent, experience, resources and grow in the continuously evolving entertainment industry. In 2020, they went on to form Tchaikovsky – Bad Wolf Entertainment, LLC to expand the services that they provide such as live events, audio production, video production, music publishing, video publishing, marketing to musicians, bands, producers, and more.
